POEM: Different Mission

I go up and down
and yet I always amazed
with the things people say
WOW
our mouths...
the sad behavior
is beyond nonsense now
cause the crooks
evade the issues
and yet
persuade the people
that they are stupid
well I think I am
smarter
than that
cause it's gone beyond wack
where the leaders are slack
and on the wrong track
so don't feed me
the Koolaid
and I don't want the
Hater-Ade
either
cause I've long
gone past that
and I'm on
a different mission
so don't try to cloud my vision
just stay
out of
my way
and you can
disregard
what I say
but I'm living
and I'm enjoying
what God has
for
me
